To ease the implementation of the SymfoS methodology, a transfer handbook will be developed in which all requirements at organizational and systemic level are given for the long-term implementation of the SymfoS method for service providers in Youth Welfare.
As we have learnt from prior projects, it.is not enough for a sustainable implementation just to invest in personnel development. This handbook and network of all partners will significantly contribute to ease the implementation process at an organisational level.
We will focus on strengths and opportunities of the SymfoS method to support organisations, when they design new intervention concepts provided to families or young people or they take part in training bids within the Youth Work sector.
Target groups of the transfer handbook are pedagogical institutions, specialists and decision makers at the level of youth service-providers, schools, youth centres, school authorities and Youth Care education policy makers.
