To create a Profile of Competencies for SFYC Counsellors which specifies what is required for a professional implementing SymfoS in youth work in the different countries.
To design trainings courses for the: i) HE-Sector, and ii) VET-Sector.
To prepare Accreditation and Certification of Blended Learning Approach.
The symbol work methodology and practitioner training as part of this approach are to be implemented in many and various areas of youth support work. The competencies’ profile and training for practitioners can also be used also in other countries with suitable cultural adaptations.
Training on how to use symbol work as part of a blended learning approach may be a first step towards using it as a more universal approach in a broader range of settings for a broader audience of people at a later point in time.
