SymfoS brief presentation to Italian partners at the networking session of CoSki21 Multiplier Event
The presentation of the CoSk21 – Core Skills for the 21st Professionals and its outputs to other higher education institutions that are especially interested in international cooperation and possibilities. The multiplier event covered the several topics. The target groups of the event were:
- Key actors on the developing of soft skills at universities
- Key actors for lifelong learning and soft skills training
- Associated partners (companies) advisers.
To reach a high exploitation of the results and sustainability, multiplier events will also be promoted to education providers: teachers, trainers, HR staff at companies.
The event counted on the participation of approximately 15 participants, and special focus was given to representatives from national enterprises and international lecturers, to whom SymfoS was presented and discussed.
The approach SymfoS for Youth was presented to the students of the last year of the Human Resources Degree within the module of “Methods of Individual Diagnostic and Development”. 45 students were present.
After a theoretical presentation, a demonstration with one of the SymfoS tool was implemented with one young women and tow of her colleagues as buddy system. The rest of the class were observers. At the end there was a debate on the implementation.
From 21st to 25th of October the second transnational training will take place in the South of Spain in Granada. Each partner will send 3 participants to be trained as SymfoS for Youth Care Practitioners. After the event in Spain national implementation will take place in all countries.

SymfoS Practice was an event dedicated to
- exercise the SymfoS method by the Portuguese team,
- present it to university students who study in the human development fields; and
- reflect and systematize the learnings of the SymfoS training weeks
The event had 13 youth participants, the Symfos project teams (A3S and IPP), and the Portuguese trainees (who were in the Germany and Spanish trainings). 4 different exercises were developed during this event.
